BOAT POLICIES

RESERVATIONS are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations are confirmed by trip deposit. The captain determines all cancellations due to sea conditions.

*Firearms are absolutely NOT permitted

01

Cancellations

Charters cancelled due to weather, or for any reason beyond our control will be rescheduled. If rescheduling cannot be done, due to time, weather or schedule, deposit will be refunded.
02

Weather Conditions

You will be contacted the night before a trip if the weather conditions are unfavorable. A Captain is responsible for the safety of his passengers and crew. Bad weather fishing is not only not enjoyable, but it is also dangerous.
03

Food and Drink

The Charter is responsible for their own food unless otherwise arranged. Liquor and illegal drugs are not permitted. Beer is permitted in moderation, though glass bottles are not. If a member of the charter becomes intoxicated, as determined by the captain, after departure, the trip will be cancelled and we will return to the dock with no refund to the charter.
04

Child Safety

Children 12 years and under are required by the State of NJ to wear a personal flotation device (life vest) which is provided.
05

Attire

Dress appropriately. Bring sunglasses, sunscreen, foul weather gear (if necessary) and a camera. Please wear boat shoes, fishing boots or sneakers. Black soled shoes and boots are not permitted. If taking sea-sickness medicine, do so prior to boat departure.
